The Dinner-Show & Dance features the peruvian rhythms of "Encuentros" and it includes a 3-course dinner by Yorktown Bistro's owner-chef Pedro Nuñez, who will delight your palate with the internationally famous peruvian cuisine!
Appetizer choices:
1) "Tabulé de Quinua" - served with lemon juice, onions, red peppers and lettuce.
2) "Causa Limeña" - potatoe stuffed with chicken, sliced egg, an olive and avocado.
Main Course choices:
1) Risotto in "Huancaina Sauce" - served w/beef
2) Fried Mahi Mahi - with puree of sweet potato and onion a la escabeche.
Dessert choices:
1) Crema Volteada - Peruvian flan
2) Arroz con Leche - Peruvian rice pudding
